What You’ll Do:

  • Build and manage relationships with recruitment industry vendors and partners
  • Coordinate and occasionally host podcast episodes, YouTube Lives, and LinkedIn interviews
  • Support business development through social selling and brand building
  • Represent the brand confidently on camera in interviews and live sessions
  • Help grow a thriving digital community by driving engagement across multiple platforms
  • Work closely with the founder on marketing, growth initiatives, and operational execution

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong background in sales, marketing, or content creation (ideally in recruitment, SaaS, or talent tech)
  • Comfortable presenting on video and engaging live audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Social media savvy, with a clear understanding of personal branding and digital engagement
  • Able to manage multiple projects with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote setup

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience managing podcasts or video content (LinkedIn Live, YouTube etc.)
  • Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Creator tools
  • Previous exposure to the recruitment or talent solutions industry
