On behalf of our client in the medtech domain, GT is looking for a Global TA Manager with experience in hiring medical staff and volume recruitment.

About the Role

They’re looking for a dynamic, confident, and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their passionate, growing team

Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will be responsible for attracting and sourcing top talent across all client locations and specialist functions, building talent pipelines, developing innovative sourcing strategies that drive brand awareness, collaborating with hiring managers, country HR teams and external partners to ensure seamless recruitment processes that align with our company values and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Attraction and sourcing of top talent from entry level to Director level across all company locations

  • Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, including volume recruitment campaigns

  • Market mapping and building of talent pipelines to support future site expansion and new country entry

  • Planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes that ensure a positive candidate experience

  • Management of the internal vacancy process

  • Driving brand awareness and employee value proposition through the design and implementation of effective social media campaigns 

  • Management and optimisation of the company's ATS (currently Personio)

  • Production, analysis and reporting of monthly recruitment metrics

Essential knowledge, skills & experience:
  • 5 years+ experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager 

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and employment branding, including volume recruitment campaigns

  • Proficiency in the use of job boards and social media

  • Broad experience in the use of ATS and data reporting

  • Fluency in English C1/2-written & spoken

  • Excellent communication & organization skills

  • Ability to understand the complexities of a diverse range of specialist roles
