About the Position

The Sales Executive (Dubai Market, United Arab Emirates)fully remote from Cape Town, South Africa - will primarily be responsible to grow the current existing Dubai property portfolio by converting ‘new qualified sales leads’ into actual ‘new sales’ but at the same time achieve an excellent ‘conversion rate’ (new sales leads ‘provided’ vs new sales leads ‘closed’).  The position will oversee the entire sales process from start to finish. The Sales Executive will also be responsible to form constructive long term business relationships with landlords that will ensure the retention of current business as well as acquiring of new business. The position reports directly to the ‘Head of Sales’


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Grow the existing property portfolio for the Dubai market by acquiring new properties and in doing so meeting and/or exceeding the growth targets;
  • Meet and or exceed the required ‘new property conversation rate’ - sales leads provided vs sales leads converted to new property deals;
  • Attend to all sales appointments booked by potential Landlords;
  • Manage a high volume of ‘incoming emails’ and ‘sales calls’ by ensuring all emails are attended to and all required calls are taken;
  • Create precise and competitive ‘property estimates quotes’ for potential Landlords that will be conducive for acquiring new properties;
  • Ensure all ‘service contracts’ are compiled professionally and sent to Landlords timeously;
  • Keep ‘Pipedrive’ updated will all required information; 

  • Qualifications & Work Experience

    • 1 to 3 years work experience in direct sales, telesales or selling a ‘service’ to a diverse client base  
    • Advanced level of competency in English (C1 or C2);
    • Have a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets;
    • Can work independently without having to be managed;
    • Excellent customer relations experience, listening and negotiation skills;
    • Embrace challenges with a positive attitude and unwavering determination.
    • Thrive under pressure, experiencing managing stress with composure’


    Working Days/ Hours

    • Monday to Friday
    • 09:00 to 18:00 (Dubai Time - adjusted to corresponding South African Time)
