About the Role:

We are urgently seeking a Digital Media Specialist to join our Client Services team. This is a fast-paced, strategic role ideal for someone with deep digital media expertise, strong client-facing skills, and a proactive mindset. The successful candidate will help lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across platforms, delivering measurable results and clear value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage digital media campaigns across SEM, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and other social platforms.

  • Serve as a key client contact—communicating clearly, professionally, and strategically.

  • Build and deliver polished presentations using PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Analyze data, generate insights, and recommend strategic optimizations.

  • Write clear, concise content for client deliverables and communications.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Apply strategic thinking and in-depth media knowledge to all campaigns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and performance.



Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital media strategy and execution.

  • Strong grasp of Google Ads, SEM, and social media ad platforms (LinkedIn, Meta).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting ideas confidently.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Prior experience leading or managing team members is a strong plus.

Schedule: West African Time: full time/part time (Availability between 01:30pm and 09:30pm)
