We're now looking for a visionary Head of Brand & Communications to elevate our story and own our voice across every touchpoint.

As our Head of Brand & Communications, you'll be the steward of our narrative, the architect of our voice, and the driver behind breakthrough campaigns that make people stop, think and remember. From brand strategy to creative execution, you'll work across the business to shape how we show up in the world: bold, smart, and unmistakably us.

Responsibilities

 Brand Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and continuously evolve our brand identity, positioning, tone, and messaging
  • Lead the development of brand guidelines, systems, and toolkits that scale
  • Own brand health metrics and track impact over time

Creative Direction & Storytelling

  • Concept and execute bold creative campaigns that amplify brand awareness and category leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies to create exceptional brand assets from brand films to billboards to social
  • Bring unexpected, culturally relevant ideas to the table and bring them to life

Communications & Media Relations

  • Drive external communications strategy across PR, media, and analyst relations
  • Craft compelling narratives around company milestones, product launches, thought leadership, and industry trends
  • Prepare executives for interviews, speaking engagements, and high-visibility moments

Executive & Internal Communications

  • Align internal and external communications to reflect the brand and build trust across teams

Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with People and Talent teams to define and scale our employer brand
  • Build campaigns that attract world-class talent and showcase our culture

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 8+ years in brand, communications, or marketing in high-growth B2B tech or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brands that break through
  • Experience leading creative campaigns, storytelling initiatives, and external comms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Deep understanding of how to make complex ideas simple, compelling, and emotional
  • Experience partnering with executives and managing external agencies and PR firms
  • Reside on the East Coast

Nice-to-Haves

  • Cybersecurity or infrastructure tech experience
  • Background in brand design, creative direction, or agency leadership
