Role Overview:
The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads—including Google Search, Display Network, YouTube—and Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram). This role requires a deep understanding of paid search and paid social strategies, data analysis, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, focusing on Google Search, Display Network, and YouTube.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
Implement and track conversions using Google Tag Manager.
Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics to optimize campaign performance.
Work with clients to develop tailored strategies aligned with their business objectives.
Create, monitor, and refine paid media strategies to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with strategists and project managers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Use A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve ad creatives, targeting, and landing page performance.
Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in paid search and paid social advertising.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Google Search, Display Network, YouTube).
Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns, specifically conversion ads, lead ads, remarketing, engagement, etc.
Strong experience with Google Analytics and ability to analyze data for decision-making.
Expertise in Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking and optimization.
Familiarity with paid media best practices and strategies across both search and social channels.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities effectively.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Google Grants experience.
Familiarity with other digital marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok Ads).
Experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page testing.
