3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination roles

Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (JobBOSS experience is a bonus, but similar systems acceptable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Culture Fit: The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, approaches challenges with a “get-it-done” attitude, and thrives both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
