Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured telephonic interviews and initial screening assessments.
Draft and send polished, professional communication to candidates and the evaluators.
Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment in candidate profiles.
Track and report key recruitment metrics and performance benchmarks.
Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Support HR initiatives and internal process improvements as needed.
