Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and functions.
  • Source and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn Jobs, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct structured telephonic interviews and initial screening assessments.
  • Draft and send polished, professional communication to candidates and the evaluators.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment in candidate profiles.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics and performance benchmarks.
  • Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Support HR initiatives and internal process improvements as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience with proven success in hiring quality candidates.
  • Exceptional command of spoken and written English — must be confident, clear, and articulate in email and video settings.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Jobs, Workable, Boolean searches, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Comfortable conducting video and telephonic interviews.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
  • A strong team player with a collaborative spirit and professional attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
