Job description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will source, attract, and hire top talent while collaborating with clients to meet their unique needs. Responsibilities:

1. Client Collaboration and Relationship Management
  • Partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and set clear expectations.
2. Talent Sourcing and Engagement
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.
  • Implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
  • Conduct proactive outreach and networking to engage with potential candidates.
3. Recruitment Lifecycle Management
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Conduct initial assessments to identify the best fit for each role based on qualifications and experience.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing feedback and guidance to both parties.
4. Administrative and Reporting Duties
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment performance, key metrics, and hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best practices in recruitment.
5. Additional Responsibilities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support employer branding initiatives.
  • Handle any other duties related to the recruitment function as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Fluency in English is a must (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.00
