Location: Moreno Valley, California

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a California license to join our team remotely. What You’ll Do:

Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, or families via a HIPAA-compliant platform
Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ongoing psychotherapy
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with a team of supportive clinicians, supervisors, and admin staff
Attend (optional) team meetings, training, or supervision, as desired

Requirements

Active LMFT license in the state of California
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience post-licensure preferred
Comfortable providing therapy via telehealth (experience with platforms like Zoom, SimplePractice, or TherapyNotes is a plus)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Compassionate, ethical, and culturally competent
Comfortable working independently and managing a remote caseload
