We’re on a mission to make quality mental health care accessible, inclusive, and impactful. Our clinicians enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and full support—so they can focus on what they do best: helping people heal, grow, and thrive.

We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a California license to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for a passionate therapist who values work-life balance, prefers a digital-first setting, and wants to make a meaningful impact on individuals, couples, and families.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, or families via a HIPAA-compliant platform
  • Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ongoing psychotherapy
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with a team of supportive clinicians, supervisors, and admin staff
  • Attend (optional) team meetings, training, or supervision, as desired

Requirements

  • Active LMFT license in the state of California
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience post-licensure preferred
  • Comfortable providing therapy via telehealth (experience with platforms like Zoom, SimplePractice, or TherapyNotes is a plus)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, ethical, and culturally competent
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a remote caseload

Benefits

  • Competitive pay based on sessions completed
  • Flexible scheduling and autonomy over your caseload
  • Malpractice insurance coverage (if applicable)
  • Full administrative support (scheduling, billing, client intake)
  • Peer consultation and ongoing clinical support
