Position Summary: 
Responsible for vendor operations performance analysis and reporting functions. Serves as subject matter expert that collects, inputs, reviews and analyzes vendor data to be able to summarize and report vendor operations performance. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Works with vendors and operations to establish and monitor key vendor performance metrics.
  • Formulates, collects data, metrics and status reports of key vendors.
  • Prepares and reviews vendor scorecards in the vendor management system used for Service Level Agreement (SLA) dashboards.
  • Assists with preparation of monthly performance assessments for management.
  • Initiates vendor contacts and maintains strong working relationships with vendors, and provides excellent service to internal and external partners.
  • Responsible for coordinating with internal areas and vendors to ensure vendor is meeting business expectations, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Service Level Agreements, contractual obligations, and is compliant.
  • Manages the coordination of periodic vendor business reviews as defined in policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for documenting and tracking of issues with vendors and coordinating vendor terminations as defined in policies and procedures.
  • Initiates and conducts follow-ups as necessary via proficient use of the vendor management system.
  • Maintains documentation and data in the vendor management system for audit purposes.
  • Works with Vendor Management in the execution of contract renewals and new Statements of Work in accordance with policy guidelines; and coordinating with key stakeholders and business owner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or minimum of three (3) years’ equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in vendor performance preferred.
  • Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $23.56 and $35.00/hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
