Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Systems Research Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in documenting and scoping all    business system technology requirements, documenting workflows, and conducting research related to improvements and enhancements associated with the various business system techlogies. In addition, the role is responsible for monitoring and anticipating potential process changes as well as managing ongoing maintenance associated with the AbleNet business systems.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Utilize Business Systems to uphold and enhance organizational performance. 
  • Communicate with stakeholders to fully understand scope of requests
  • Maintain a deep understanding of AbleNet’s needs with a technology-based mindset
  • Manage and maintain form technology integrations to support business systems while communicating impacts cross-departmentally
  • Assist with management of Vendors and assigned deliverables
  • Validate enhancements through requirements gathering and initial testing
  • Research technology enhancements for overall business unit use of core business systems
  • First line of contact for internal users when issues within business systems are impacting job efficiency on a day-to-day basis
  • Assist with the continuity plans for all business systems
  • Anything else assigned by Business Systems

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to learn and work with key integration technologies (i.e. Acumatica, Salesforce, Pardot, Zapier, JotForms, 123FormBuilder, SurveyVista etc.)
  • Must have ERP, CRM, eCommerce, Analytics, and website software experience
  • Must be able to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects/efforts at one time
  • Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to start a task with minimal guidance and overcome challenges as encountered
  • Must have a high attention to detail
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Required Software Skills: 
    1. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
    2. Acumatica or similar ERP
    3. Salesforce or similar CRM
    4. BigCommerce eCommerce platform
    5. Zapier
    6. JotForms, 123Form Builder or other form building software
    7. Experience with integrations between various business systems

Physical, Time, Presence & Other Requirements

Physical: 

 Up to 8 hours of computer keyboarding per day

Time:

 Full-Time, Exempt employees work an average of 40 hours per week.  Additional hours may be required as necessary.

Presence: 

 This position is fully remote; onsite presence is not expected/will be minimal

Travel:

Up to 10% of domestic travel may be expected
