Job description

This is a remote position.

About the Role

A leading Moving & Storage company based in Ohio is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant to support the President and executive team. This role is ideal for someone
who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
The right candidate will become an integral part of the team and have opportunities to grow their
responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

● Travel Coordination

- Arrange domestic and international travel for executives and senior management, including flights, accommodations, and transportation

● Expense Management

- Monitor and audit sales team expense reports
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines (training provided)

● Calendar & Meeting Management

- Serve as a gatekeeper by managing the President’s calendar and scheduling meetings
- Coordinate internal and external appointments efficiently

● Meeting Support

- Attend meetings with the President to take detailed notes
- Track action items and follow up on assigned responsibilities

● General Executive Support

- Provide additional assistance as needed across various business functions
- Help streamline processes and improve efficiency over time

Requirements: 

● Strong organizational and communication skills
● Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
● Comfortable using web-based systems and tools
● Must have access to a reliable, up-to-date computer and smartphone
● Available to work primarily during U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

● Prior experience supporting C-level executives
● Familiarity with travel booking, expense management, or CRM tools
● Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative in new tasks
