Key responsibilities:

  • Build and develop sales and profit growth in the Smart City vertical market within EMEA.
  • Manage the CRM system to track opportunities and follow up on assigned accounts.
  • Build formal business proposals and presentations, and lead negotiations to close sales.
  • Represent Ceragon at commercial and networking events to establish relationships with customers.

Description

Major Job Responsibilities:

Build and develop sales and profit growth in the vertical market: Mush (Smart City) within EMEA.

Areas of responsibility, permanent objectives and duties:

  • Build pipeline from start to end, tracking opportunities, validating leads, and closing opportunities.
  • Building constructive relationships with new and existing customers
  • Representing Ceragon at commercial and networking events.
  • Understanding how the benefits of Ceragon’s products and services can meet customer needs and add value in various business verticals.
  • Managing the CRM system to follow-up accounts assigned.
  • Responsible to manage, build formal business proposals and presentations, presents to all levels of the organization including executives, leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making processes, and overcomes objectives to closure, and closes sales in a professional and effective manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations that affect target markets.
  •  Ensure the CRM database is utilized appropriately and maintained on a regular basis, with data and forecast accuracy.

 


Requirements

Qualification and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree: master’s degree preferred in business/ engineering 
  • 5+ years of experience in Telco System Integrator for MUSHES (Smart City) domain preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of Italian/Spanish/France/German is an advantage
  • Previous track record of working within a greenfield/brownfield sales territory and expanding sales growth YoY of E2E projects
  • Understanding of MUSHES (Smart City) sector and being able to establish relationships within the sector
  • Strong Hunting mindset and great negotiation skills
  • Open and willing to travel
