Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects (face to face, virtual instructor led and on demand) by managing and coordinating the logistics and collaborating with all key stakeholders to deliver successful learning programs.

Support Face to Face Training Sessions

  • Schedule and coordinate all classroom training to ensure that sessions are delivered as scheduled with appropriate rooms and materials.
  • Instructor logistics: Support logistics, including provision of travel guidelines and attendee rosters, and identifying room set-up/AV requirements.
  • Manage production and delivery of course materials.
  • Coordinate rooms, schedules, invites, catering and supplies for all Global Development Training events 
  • Answer participant inquiries regarding onsite training
  • Coordinate all pre and post program activities and surveys for both face to face classroom and online training 

Support Live Virtual Instructor Led Training Sessions

  • Create meeting links, send out invites and provide online support during live virtual sessions
  • Reserve meeting rooms with appropriate A/V support to broadcast virtual sessions

Support Global Development Training Team

  • Maintain Integrated Training Calendar for Global Development Associates
  • Maintain Training SharePoint Site
  • Initiate and manage contracts, invoices as appropriate.
  • Supports any operational audit initiatives.
  • Calendar/meeting support; bookings, arrangements for various activities
  • Note taking during team meetings
  • Assist with the creation and development of program materials (job aids, handouts, presentation decks).

LMS Support

  • Assist with transferring course materials to LMS (including communicating LMS requirements to vendors and completing required forms for uploading content in LMS).
  • Assists with the testing of content in LMS as requested

Liason between Global Development Training and LMS Team to provide support for all LMS needs including (But not limited to) adding, removing, changing content in LMS, creating certifications and tracking/reporting of training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills 
  • Consulting experience highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Calendaring System.
  • Technological proficiency in supporting virtual learning sessions (ie Skype, Adobe Connect) 
  • Experience working with learning management and registration systems.

        

   

3+ years work experience 

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related work experience
