Salary Range: $75000 - $100000 DOE
P&C Producer Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage a portfolio of middle-market commercial clients through long-term relationship building

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and carriers to negotiate competitive, comprehensive coverage
Oversee renewals and maintain consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service support
Attend industry events and engage in community networking to expand business development
P&C Producer Requirements
Prior experience in commercial insurance sales with a focus on client acquisition and retention
Active P&C license and strong knowledge of commercial lines products and carriers
Skilled in evaluating risk and recommending strategic coverage options
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
Self-starter with the ability to manage your own book while working well with internal teams
Willingness to attend in-person meetings and participate in local networking opportunities
