Qualifications:

5-6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations., Deep knowledge in at least 2 modules, especially Employee Central., Official SAP SuccessFactors certification and experience with agile methodologies., High proficiency in English (minimum B2/C1)..

  • Lead all phases of the project including design, configuration, testing, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure project success.

Job description

Requisitos principales:

  • +5-6 años de experiencia en implantaciones de SAP SuccessFactors

  • Conocimiento profundo en al menos 2 módulos (o dominio total de Employee Central):

    • Employee Central (imprescindible si solo se domina un módulo)

    • Performance & Goals

    • Recruiting

    • Learning

  • Experiencia en todas las fases del proyecto: diseño, configuración, testing, formación y soporte.

  • Certificación oficial SAP SuccessFactors vigente (ideal si se tiene acceso a Provisioning).

  • Experiencia en trabajo bajo metodologías ágiles o híbridas.

  • Inglés alto (mínimo B2/C1).
