Position Overview
Were seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with strong experience preparing and managing O-1 visa petitions and adjustment of status (AOS) applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file O-1 visa petitions and AOS applications with supporting evidence.
  • Draft forms, client correspondence, and legal cover letters.

  • Communicate with clients to collect documents and clarify information.

  • Track deadlines, USCIS updates, and follow up on pending matters.

  • Maintain case files and update case management software.

  • Work closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure smooth case flow.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. immigration law, specifically with O-1 visas and adjustment of status.
  • Strong understanding of USCIS filing procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
  • Proficient with Docketwise
  • Must be comfortable working remotely and aligning with a Pacific Time (PST) schedule.
