This is a remote position.
The BDM will be responsible for creating and closing sales pipelines, acquiring new clients, and managing a portfolio that contributes to significant revenue generation. Success in this role is directly tied to the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships with prospects, and convert them into high-value clients.
Actively prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Build and manage a pipeline of High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, investment funds, and family offices.
Identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
Maintain communication with prospects, following up and moving leads through the sales pipeline to closure.
Convert leads into active clients, with a strong focus on driving deposits, account activations, and trading volumes.
Lead client acquisition efforts by closing new business deals and fostering long-term relationships.
Close high-value deals through persuasive presentations and negotiations, ensuring clients align with the firm's products and services.
Take ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact to client onboarding.
Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by acquiring new accounts and driving revenue from existing clients.
Upsell and cross-sell financial products to increase revenue growth.

Reactivate dormant accounts and foster trust to grow existing client relationships.
Search for new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers.
Attend relevant seminars, workshops, and networking events to increase visibility and generate new leads.
Engage in targeted outreach to refine sales techniques and improve conversion rates.
Report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and deal closures to ensure alignment with overall sales goals.
Track performance against sales KPIs and adjust strategies to stay on target.
Use CRM tools to manage leads, client interactions, and document sales activities.
At least 2-years of proven experience in a sales-driven role, particularly within the financial services sector.
Demonstrated success in building and closing sales pipelines, consistently achieving revenue targets.
A well-established network of investors, corporate clients, and financial decision-makers.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to close deals.
