Job description

Description

We’re looking for a strategic, driven Program Manager to join our Partners Marketing Guild and lead the central programs that power our global partner marketing engine. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a fast-scaling organization, where you’ll drive operational excellence, build systems, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable solutions that directly influence growth.

As the owner of key operational pillars, you’ll shape the way we scale, measure success, and empower partner marketers around the world to drive growth.

About The Role

Operational Excellence

  • Drive consistency and alignment across the Partners Marketing Guild by supporting cross-regional workflows and best practice sharing. Ensure that central programs are implemented effectively across markets, bringing efficiency and clarity to partner marketing operations.

MDF Program Co-Management

  • Co-own and help drive the Market Development Funds (MDF) program, ensuring smooth operations, improving process efficiency, and tracking program outcomes. While you’ll manage the day-to-day execution and optimization, you'll work closely with senior leadership on program strategy and budget decisions.

Campaign Toolkit Creation

  • Develop reusable campaign templates and frameworks that enable partner marketers to execute quickly, efficiently, and consistently across regions. Provide the tools needed to scale impactful marketing initiatives worldwide.

Asset Library Ownership

  • Manage and organize the global partner marketing asset library, ensuring resources are easy to access, structured, and governed for optimal use across teams.

Regional Collaboration

  • Work closely with regional partner marketing managers to define key areas of focus and growth in each market. Adapt central initiatives to meet the unique needs of each region, ensuring we unlock success globally.

Reporting & Insights

  • Use tools like Salesforce to track program performance, generate reports, and surface insights that inform strategic decisions and improve program outcomes.

Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations to define new processes and refine existing ones—enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across the partner marketing ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, or a related B2B marketing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce to support tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage enablement programs, marketing asset libraries, or operational workflows.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and scaling impactful initiatives.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
