Salary: $160,000-$170,000 + bonus eligible (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture team to support design, implementation, and deployment of Amazon Web Services (AWS) based solutions.
Candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and expertise across multiple teams to create roadmaps, standards, practices, and ensure the long-term technical viability of cloud solutions. This candidate will be a highly motivated professional who embraces our culture and works independently to architect cloud services with minimal guidance.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with teams of engineers and architects of cloud solutions to ensure technical standards and practices are met.
- Participate with cross-functional teams using full stack agile development techniques and tools with knowledge of Amazon Web Services to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value.
- Maintain an understanding of advancing cloud capabilities, propose cost and functional efficiency options.
- Document activities utilizing Scrum dashboards, such as Jira, Confluence, or other agile tools.
- Document roadmaps, decision logs, assumptions, technical specifications, etc.
- Experience implementing technical solutions using complex cloud-based, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Demonstrated experience: Architecting, designing, engineering, integrating, configuring, and deploying solutions
- Leading enterprise IT solution activities from conceptual design to deployment and sustainment
- Serve as technical advisor on the most specialized phases of system design, implementation, analysis, and development.
Job Qualifications
- BS/BA degree.
- 8+ years of IT experience.
- Must be able to articulate cloud technologies and solutions to all levels of customer and contractor personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong technical experiences working migrations or systems development as well as coordinating from a business perspective
- Certification with Amazon AWS
- 6+ years' AWS experience in a solutions delivery role
- 3+ years' experience working within a DevOps environment, utilizing cloud services, solutions, and provisioning/automating cloud infrastructure, services and tools
