About the AU Digital Marketing Coordinator Role

You’ll be managing campaigns, coordinating resources, and optimizing brand visibility across social media and CRM platforms. You’ll collaborate with our creative team, manage campaign schedules, and track performance metrics that actually mean something. Your Key Responsibilities
Digital Channel Management:
Coordinate social media content across platforms based on creative direction.
Monitor and report on social media analytics and engagement metrics.
Implement and maintain CRM processes to track and nurture client relationships.
Amplify brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Resource Coordination:
Assist with scheduling and resource planning for digital campaigns.
Track campaign performance and provide regular analytics reports.
Maintain organized documentation of creative assets and marketing materials.
Liaise between the creative team and external vendors or freelancers as needed.
Operations Support:
Identify workflow efficiencies and implement process improvements.
Maintain an up-to-date contact database of freelancers and creative resources.
Assist in budget tracking for digital marketing initiatives.
Support the creative director with administrative tasks related to campaign management.
