The Impact You’ll Make in this Role


As a Channel Management Technology Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Supporting the implementation, optimization and adoption of relevant technologies used to syndicate information globally and connect site visitors to our channel partners
  • Troubleshooting technical challenges with vendors, channel partners, and internal teams
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, IT, and marketing technology to develop a strong understanding of system requirements, use-cases, pain points, and potential areas for optimization
  • Assist in the prioritization for system enhancements, updates, or work needed to support relevant technologies
  • Support colleagues with training and troubleshooting as needed on new and existing applications
  • Maintain a close working relationship with system vendors and understand how various systems within the marketing technology space are intertwined

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND four (4) years of experience with Product Information Management, Data Asset Management, syndication, Regulatory Affairs and/or data management in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND eight (8) years of experience with Product Information Management, Data Asset Management, syndication, Regulatory Affairs and/or data management in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Working experience with PIM, DAM, syndication, or e-commerce data management.
  • Knowledge of product content structures, taxonomy, and data standards (GS1, GDSN, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with syndication platforms like Products UP, Salsify, Syndigo, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data transformation tools

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Excellent project management, communication and problem solving skills
  • Very strong analytical and outside-in thinking
  • Experience writing scripts or automating processes
  • Ability to describe/collect complex data requirements and articulate them in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to communicate complex or new ideas effectively to others and influence decision making
  • Experience training or teaching colleagues about new tools and best practices around business processes
  • Passion for technology, optimization, and process-improvement
  • Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
