Position Overview

The Evernest International Team Member (ITM) Client Onboarding Assistant is dedicated to helping Property Managers onboard new property owners. The role focuses on maintaining a high level of professionalism while meeting tight deadlines. Excellent execution skills are required to establish a strong level of trust with the new property owners.

Competencies & Requirements

Outcomes:

  • - Complete Owner Onboarding Training Program within 30 days of hire. The training will consist of the following:
  • Asana Task - New Property Onboarded
  • OPEn - work order management
  • Collaborate and partner with the property manager
  • Scheduling inspections
  • Renovation Work Flow
  • Review marketing details before listing
  • - Onboard a minimum of 5 properties by day 45
  • - Achieve the following KPIs within 6 months:
  • Maintain OOB Churn
  • Respond to owner emails within 24 hours
  • Return phone calls within 6 hours or less
  • X properties fully onboarded (Number set by Market Leader)
  • 80% Total Renovation Success Rate
  • Collecting 100% of funds prior to dispatching renovations and/or service work
  • Average of Rehab Revenue Won & Rehabs Won
  • - In 6 months, complete the Property Management Training Course
  • - Read the Evernest Recommended Reading list within the first 12 months:
