Aid in answering requests from Clients, Vendors, and the Technical Team regarding account issues such as basic customer inquiries, product management, general concerns, etc.
Ensure that all business relationships with Third Parties and Partners are well documented.
Work with internal departments including management, helpdesk, accounting and sales to ensure that clients are properly and effectively serviced.
Provide administrative support to account manager, such assembly of annual reports, updating reports, data collection and other administrative functions as required
Provide timely and professional assistance and support to all customers.
Other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Customer service experience
Excellent organizational, project management and priority-setting skills
Ability to work collaboratively and openly in a team environment
Creative problem solving and problem resolution abilities
Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects/tasks and complete within assigned deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to influence without authority
Understanding of services and products
Some technical knowledge is considered a benefit
