Job description

JOB TITLE: Account Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Aid in answering requests from Clients, Vendors, and the Technical Team regarding account issues such as basic customer inquiries, product management, general concerns, etc.
  • Ensure that all business relationships with Third Parties and Partners are well documented.
  • Work with internal departments including management, helpdesk, accounting and sales to ensure that clients are properly and effectively serviced.
  • Provide administrative support to account manager, such assembly of annual reports, updating reports, data collection and other administrative functions as required
  • Provide timely and professional assistance and support to all customers.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational, project management and priority-setting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and openly in a team environment
  • Creative problem solving and problem resolution abilities
  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects/tasks and complete within assigned deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Understanding of services and products
  • Some technical knowledge is considered a benefit
