About the AU RTO Administrative Officer Role
This isn’t your standard desk job. As the RTO Administrative Officer, you’ll be the glue that holds our operations together. You’ll keep things running smoothly by handling everything from documentation to resource coordination—all while ensuring compliance with RTO standards. You’ll be supporting trainers, students, and our internal teams to make sure every learning experience is seamless, compliant, and impactful.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage Documentation: Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and document formatting.
Prepare Training Materials: Assist in the preparation, editing, and formatting of training and assessment resources.
Version Control & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and version control of learning materials to align with RTO standards.
Resource Distribution: Organize and distribute printed or digital resources to trainers and students.
Department Coordination: Liaise with other departments to streamline resource delivery and manage scheduling.
Microsoft Office Management: Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to create and manage documentation.
Compliance Support: Ensure all documentation meets RTO and compliance standards.
