As a Financial Analyst II, you will analyze financial operations and information to provide decision support to executive caregivers within the Academic Affairs Department. While gaining extensive skills and knowledge, you can also take advantage of access to additional educational resources, trainings and certifications offered through Cleveland Clinic.   

A caregiver in this position works remotely (OH based) from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information and provides support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other related issues. 
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes and budget review for compliance and opportunities. 
  • Serve as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures. 
  • Complete special projects and duties including providing necessary research, forecasting and conflict resolution. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and one year of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Investment Banking or Management Consulting experience OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and two years of experience  

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Account (CMA) Certifications

Physical Requirements:

  • Typical physical demands include a high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC.
  • Normal or corrected vision.
  • Extensive sitting and frequent walking.
  • Occasional lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
