Job Description

As a Sr. Financial Analyst supporting our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth strategy through impactful financial modeling, performance insights, and data-backed decision making. You won’t just track metrics—you’ll help shape our future by guiding Sales and Marketing leaders with the right analytics at the right time.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, is fluent in GTM metrics, and wants to partner with senior leaders to influence strategy, improve forecasting, and drive operational rigor.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end GTM forecasting and financial modeling to support business planning across Sales and Marketing.

  • Use SaaS and GTM analytics (e.g., CAC, payback period, pipeline coverage) to inform targets, guide planning, and influence business outcomes.

  • Prepare and present recurring reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) highlighting key trends, variances, and performance drivers.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to communicate financial insights and support decision-making.

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for investment by analyzing actuals vs. forecast and performance benchmarks.

  • Collaborate on bookings planning, pipeline forecasting, and territory modeling to support headcount and quota setting.

  • Lead continuous improvement of models and templates to measure GTM productivity, ROI, and funnel effectiveness.

  • Support the monthly and quarterly close process with variance analysis and GTM commentary.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to GTM leaders on budgeting, planning, and operational strategy.

  • Assist with strategic projects, including M&A due diligence, pricing analysis, and go-to-market expansion planning.

  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a best-in-class FP&A culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

  • 3+ years of FP&A or GTM Finance experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology organization.

  • Deep understanding of Sales & Marketing analytics and GTM metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, bookings).

  • Strong Excel skills (Power Query, nested formulas, macros) and ability to build scalable, dynamic models.

  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing/sales automation platforms (e.g., Outreach, 6sense).

  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for crafting executive-ready presentations.

  • Experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, SQL, DAX, Python) is a strong plus.

  • Curious mindset with a proactive approach—comfortable navigating ambiguity to solve problems.

  • Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
