Location: Remote from LatAm

Working hours: Full time in Eastern or Central business hours

Job Type: Contractor, monthly payments in US dollars

We are looking for an action-oriented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. Experience with VoIP, WebRTC, and/or building AI agents infrastructure is highly valuable.

Fluent English is a must! B2+ or above is required. Please do not apply if you have only Intermediate English.

Technical Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience implementing DevOps practices in cloud environments, with a strong focus on CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible
3+ years of experience working with REST APIs, Webhooks, Docker/Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) platforms (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure)
Extensive expertise in containerization, orchestration, and automation using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible to manage scalable infrastructures
Experience with VoIP and/or WebRTC applications is preferred
Experience building AI agents infrastructure is preferred
Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and data storage solutions (e.g., S3, EBS)
Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols, including OSI layers, TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
