What You’ll Do at Deel

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist is a strategic partner within the TA Operations team, focused on building and scaling the operational infrastructure that enables high-performance hiring at Deel. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing systems, processes, and programs that support recruiting at scale—ensuring we operate with speed, compliance, and consistency across all global markets.

You’ll lead initiatives that improve process efficiency, drive data quality, enhance system performance, and enforce policy alignment across internal mobility, compliance, and compensation workflows. This role is central to Deel’s ability to scale hiring effectively and serves as a key contributor to the strategic evolution of our Talent Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management & Optimization: Design, document, and improve core recruiting workflows including job creation, internal transfers, rehire eligibility, and offer processes. Ensure processes are standardized, auditable, and scalable.

Systems & Tooling Support: Support the day-to-day operation and optimization of recruiting tools (e.g., Ashby, Metaview). Implement improvements, troubleshoot issues, and manage system configurations in partnership with internal teams.

Compliance & Mobility Operations: Partner with Legal and People Ops to implement and maintain compliant hiring workflows globally. Manage internal mobility operations, rehire policies, and compliance tracking tied to employment eligibility and access.

Data Integrity & Reporting: Conduct regular audits across TA systems to ensure data accuracy and alignment with reporting standards. Collaborate with analytics partners to improve visibility into hiring efficiency, compliance, and quality.

Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, and internal guides across all core areas of TA Ops. Ensure recruiters and stakeholders have access to up-to-date, accurate, and actionable documentation.

Cross-functional Program Support: Execute and support initiatives related to internal hiring, global offer workflows, interviewer enablement, and compliance rollouts. Manage timelines, stakeholders, and documentation across each initiative.

Qualifications:

  • You are a systems, tooling and process wiz with experience building automations managing data, and managing projects 

  • Proven experience in operations, human resources, or recruiting support roles.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and data management tools. Ashby experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in data auditing and reporting.

  • Experience in managing knowledge bases or similar documentation systems is a plus.

  • A proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced, global work environment.
