Job description

We offer a fully remote contract and a starting salary of £23,809.50

37.5 Hours Per Week, between 8am and 8pm

1 in 2 Saturdays

As an Arrears Executive with Target, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our customers who find themselves in financial difficulty.

More Specifically, you'll....

Take calls from customers who are in a debt recovery process, listening to their situation, being empathetic and trying to reduce any worries they may have
Complete income and expenditure assessments to review their affordability, with the aim of setting up sustainable payment arrangements
Use your initiative to recommend organisations that may be able to assist the customer, such as Citizen’s Advice or debt charities

Requirements

Previous experience within an Arrears or Collections environment
Previous experience dealing with vulnerable customers in a regulated environment
