About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Head of Operations to build and lead efficient, scalable, and cost-effective operational frameworks for our growing Crypto Casino Project. While experience in crypto is a plus, a strong background in casino operations or high-velocity digital businesses is also highly valuable. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic operator with strong business acumen who thrives on building robust systems from the ground up.
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Operations to lead the transition from outsourced services to fully internalized operational structures for our rapidly expanding Crypto Casino project. This role is pivotal in building sustainable, efficient, and compliant operations across customer support, risk and fraud management, VIP servicing, finance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for insourcing key operational functions from external vendors.
Establish internal departments for customer support, risk & fraud management, VIP servicing, finance, and accounting.
Ensure seamless business continuity throughout the transition period.
Design and implement robust financial and operational control frameworks.
Optimize operational expenditures, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising service quality.
Introduce systems and tools (e.g., ERP) to support scalable, data-driven operations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes effectively.
Maintain compliance with relevant regulations in the online gaming and crypto sectors.
Set up internal KPIs to track and measure process performance and service outcomes.
Lead recruitment, training, and development of operational teams.
Required Experience and Skills:
7+ years in operations leadership, ideally within iGaming, fintech, or digital services.
Proven success in leading large-scale operational transformations.
Deep understanding of core iGaming operational areas: customer support, finance, risk, compliance.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing department-level budgets.
Track record of building internal teams and systems from the ground up.
Familiarity with regulatory standards in online gambling.
Excellent leadership, change management, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven decision-making approach.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in iGaming, or Crypto sectors.
Deep understanding of business systems and operational workflows.
Experience implementing ERP solutions and overseeing technical integrations.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams.
Financial and strategic mindset — able to balance efficiency with growth.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
MBA or relevant degree in Business Administration (preferred).
PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of blockchain/crypto ecosystems is highly desirable.
