Post Job Listings: Ensure job postings are accurate and reach the right audience.
Screen Resumes: Identify qualified candidates through careful resume review.
Schedule Interviews: Organize and manage interview schedules.
Conduct Pre-Screen Interviews: Perform initial phone interviews to assess candidates.
Facilitate Assessments and Background Checks: Ensure all necessary checks are completed.
Manage Candidate Databases: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates.
Develop Sourcing Strategies: Create strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
Maintain Effective Communication: Engage with all recruitment stakeholders regularly.
