Roles and Responsibilities
- To handle sales activities of all Products which includes oil, coolant and water chillers for process cooling
- To retain and develop new OEMs for our products
- Shall be responsible for developing the market for all the Products in the Region from Vadodara-Anand & Vadodara to Surat
- To understand the market for products in the region and do mapping of the region
- To look for new End User business in the region
- Visiting all Industrial Area’s for Cold Calls, reporting on daily basis about visits.
Key Attributes
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Capital Goods Sale & similar industry experience would be an advantage
- Any engineering graduate, MBA would be an added advantage
- As a sales engineer this would be a permanent role
- Must be a quick learner, excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Interpersonal Skills, Persistence, Market Awareness and Analytical Thinking
- Self-motivated and Self driven.
- Customer Centric Approach.
