We are searching for a results-oriented, growth-focused Partner Success Associate to join our growing Partner Success team at Sophia. This role will manage a book of both university and employer partners. This role will support administrative tasks across the Partner Success team – including contract management and responding to partner inquiries. Their goals will include outreach/communication goals as well as partner retention and growth. A candidate will be successful in this role if they are proactive, an innovative problem solver, and are continuously seeking opportunities to provide value to our partners through data and insights. This role will require attention to detail and the ability to project manage across multiple types of accounts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner Success:
Build strong relationships directly with university and corporate accounts to drive engagement.
Monitor performance, delivery, and pacing for all active campaigns and present out data to internal and external teams.
Be an effective storyteller, with strong presentation skills, who can successfully articulate Sophia’s value proposition, overcome objections, and build trust and credibility to influence decision makers and secure business.
Collaborate with marketing, academic, and product teams to support the Partner Success strategy needs.
Proactively assess client needs and provide feedback to the Sr. Partner Success Manager.
Partner with team members to plan and execute communication strategies and engagement events.
Support in administrative client needs including but not limited to: creation of customized resources, contract / renewal management, partner quarterly newsletters, course mapping, responding to questions via centralized email, etc.
Troubleshoot client issues in collaboration with the Learning Coach team to provide a seamless experience for our partners.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience:
Account management and project management experience preferred.
Experience in Higher Education or K12 or an Education Startup preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.

Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise. For most roles travel would not be common. Travel may involve plane, car or metro.
