In this role, you'll serve as the technical bridge between our company and our clients, providing expert guidance and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs within our DXP ecosystem.

This role is open to candidates on the East Coast, United States.

The role:

- You will work with a portfolio of clients, establishing and maintaining strong technical relationships with them. You will be a Squiz subject matter expert, understanding our product and its features, and helping clients leverage our capabilities

- You proactively identify and solve client problems, becoming their trusted technical advisor

- Provide strategic technical direction and support for client projects, translating business requirements into technical specifications

- Lead developers to implement high valued client solutions

- Develop custom web solutions within our DXP environment

- Work with various DXP capabilities including but not limited to Integration platform

- Partner closely with our Sales team and clients to ideate how to best leverage Squiz platform to enable clients to achieve their business goals

What does success look like?

- Client portfolio has well functioning implementation, minimal post deployment issues

- High client satisfaction, providing excellent post launch support. Issues are resolved in a timely manner with minimal client disruption.

- Client portfolio revenue growth through increased consumption or increased adoption of Squiz platform features

Who you are:

- Strong proficiency in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, or similar)

- Knowledge of CMS and search technologies

- Ability to connect and integrate multiple microservices and technologies

- Experience working within DXP environments

- Excellent communication (written and verbal), ability to present clearly and manage clients stakeholders

- Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications

- Be a self starter and hustle. Able to work and solve problems independently and as part of a small team.

Package:

- Salary - $130,000 - 150,000 USD

- Squiz Flex - Have flexibility as to where and how you work every day. Work remotely in a way that drives productivity, efficiency and outcomes; along with connection and collaboration

- Co-Working Space - We’re completely remote but if you prefer to work from a co-working space, we have an office in NYC in which you can work out of where we provide breakfast on Tuesday’s and Happy Hour on Thursday’s. And as many cups of coffee you desire. You can also take advantage of our WeWork All Access Program, where you’re able to book a desk at any WeWork in the world.
