  • Deliver clear, step-by-step guidance to clients, ensuring they fully comprehend the solutions provided.
  • Record all client interactions and technical issues accurately in the support database.
  • Work in collaboration with team members to escalate complex issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
  • Stay informed about product updates and technological advancements to better assist clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and a good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with online media tools and current technologies.
