Job description

FloQast seeks a Product Manager to lead our new Fintech App Integration team.

This team is responsible for building a rich ecosystem of integrations with AR/AP, payroll, procurement, and productivity tools, enabling seamless data flow into FloQast’s Accounting Transformation Platform and powering our next-generation AI Agent experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced integrations-focused Product Manager who knows how to ship. You’ll be responsible for setting the vision, prioritizing integrations, collaborating cross-functionally with internal product teams, and owning go-to-market motions.

You must bring deep experience building B2B integrations at scale, not from an IT or internal tooling perspective, but as a customer-facing product leader.

Visa sponsorship is not available at this time

What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for fintech and productivity app integrations (non-ERP), including Ramp, Stripe, ADP, Brex, Zip, Expensify, Carta, and UKG.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure incoming data is leveraged effectively across the FloQast platform and AI Agent experiences.
  • Provide your engineering team with a clear strategic direction and a coherent roadmap prioritized to capture near-term, mid-term, and long-term integration opportunities.
  • Prioritize and deliver fintech app-focused integrations using a mix of approaches, including direct API, file-based, and third-party middleware.
  • Develop GTM plans and work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to drive internal and external adoption.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand needs, shape roadmaps, and validate value.
  • Build and foster relationships with strategic software alliance partners to ensure we have reliable contacts to lean on when challenges or questions arise.
  • Ensure data is landed in our persistence layer and provide internal services that give teams access to raw/normalized data, enabling flexibility in how the data is used in their products.
  • Serve as the internal evangelist for integrating data as a product, enabling adoption across other FloQast teams.

  • What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, focusing on customer-facing integrations.
  • Experience at integration-focused, workflow automation, or data connectivity companies in the fintech, accounting tech, or broader B2B SaaS ecosystem.
  • Direct experience working on teams using Agile methodologies and an iterative process (Scrum, Kanban, XP) to deliver solutions.
  • Proven success taking products from zero to one, emphasizing go-to-market and cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong technical foundation and hands-on experience with API development and integration workflows.
  • Familiarity with third-party middleware platforms such as Workato, Fivetran, and CData
  • Background in fintech, accounting tech, or workflow automation integrations is necessary.
  • Candidates with both product management and engineering experience will be highly considered.
