What You Bring to Cambia: 

 

Qualifications:  

  • The Product Manager III would have a BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 8+ years’ experience in a product management position in healthcare, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  For technology specific roles experience in consumer-facing software & services or a start-up environment preferred. MBA preferred.

  • The Product Manager Senior would have a BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 10+ years’ experience in a product management position in healthcare, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  For technology specific roles experience in consumer-facing software & services or a start-up environment preferred. Must have experience that aligns directly to the products being managed. MBA preferred.

· Product Manager III:

  • Proven track record of creating successful products through strategic leadership, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical and regulatory constraints, particularly in healthcare environments

  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership abilities with strong communication skills, including executive-level presentation and negotiation capabilities

  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting, business case development, and test-driven design

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail in fast-paced, innovative environments

  • Deep understanding of product, business, and market trends with experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships and driving organizational alignment

 

· Product Manager Senior:

  • Proven track record in healthcare product development, demonstrating success in balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints throughout the product lifecycle

  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams, mentoring junior members, and building effective relationships at all organizational levels

  • Expert in data-driven decision making, including analytics, forecasting, and using big data to uncover customer insights and develop business cases

  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives while maintaining strategic focus and attention to detail in fast-paced environments

  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills, including executive-level presentations, stakeholder management, and ability to articulate complex information to diverse audiences

  • Deliver health plan benefit designs that Self-Funded Groups demand

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs for health and wellness solutions, especially those aimed at digital and virtual delivery and that target chronic condition management or enhance overall wellbeing programs

Core Need: Product Development and Management Expertise

  • Drive a strong health and wellness solution portfolio by understanding the problem(s) to solve, delivering the right priorities, leveraging the right data

  • Align initiatives and business plans with company strategy

  • Create comprehensive financial and qualitative business cases for new development

  • Manage complete product lifecycle from prioritization, pricing, product value storytelling to success measurement, long term product management, and exit

  • Lead cross-functional collaborative teams through tough technical and regulatory environments

  • Bring procurement experience such as vendor RFPs completions, and SOW,  SLA, and price negotiations

  • Bring strong vendor performance management skills to ensure our partners deliver according to agreement.

What You Will Do at Cambia:  

  • Strategic Leadership: Directs product vision, strategy, and roadmap development across multiple products, balancing short-term implementation with long-term goals and market positioning

  • Product Development & Management: Manages complete product lifecycle, from conception through launch, including requirements definition, sprint planning, and cross-functional implementation

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Develops and tracks core metrics for business analytics, product performance, and user behavior; uses data to shape product decisions and measure success

  • Stakeholder Management: Acts as primary interface with department heads, leads cross-functional teams, and drives organizational alignment across marketing, UX, engineering, and business units

  • Market & Customer Focus: Synthesizes market research, customer needs, and competitive analysis to define product features and requirements that drive business growth

  • Technical & Business Acumen: Balances technical constraints with business needs, anticipates bottlenecks, manages risk, and ensures product profitability

  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guides product decisions, mentors junior team members, and continuously improves team processes while representing the organization externally

The expected hiring range for a Product Manager III is $134,300 - $160,000 and the Product Manager Senior is $147,100 - $175,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for the Product Manager III position is 15% and the Product Manager Senior is 20%.  The current full salary range for the Product Manager III role is $126,000 - $206,000 and the Product Manager Senior is $138,000 - $225,000.
