Job description

Role Summary

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Operations and Reporting Analyst to support the day-to-day functionality of their business-critical systems. This role is essential to maintaining clean data, streamlining internal operations, and ensuring applications like Bullhorn (CRM/ATS) and their e-signature platforms function effectively.

Sitting within the Operations team and working closely with Recruiting, Data, and IT, this role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and Excel skills, a service mindset, and the desire to learn tools like Power BI. The Operations and Reporting Analyst will play a key role in maintaining the health of their systems and supporting data-driven operations.

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11:30 AM – 8:30 PM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Troubleshoot and maintain internal business systems, particularly the CRM/ATS platform (Bullhorn), ensuring users experience minimal downtime or disruption
  • Configure contracts and templates within the e-signature platform and ensure accurate integration with other systems
  • Monitor data quality and system health, helping to flag, clean, and prevent data issues across platforms
  • Support accurate data entry and transformation workflows, assisting team members with guidance, templates, and automated processes where possible
  • Collaborate across departments (Operations, IT, Data, Recruiting) to support application rollouts, changes, or updates
  • Assist with report updates and light ad-hoc reporting using Excel and, when needed, Power BI
  • Write and run basic SQL queries to support data pulls and simple analysis

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • Ability to analyze, document, and explain system or data issues clearly and constructively
  • Experience supporting data entry processes, database structures, or basic system integrations is an advantage
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, especially for organizing, cleaning, and comparing data
  • Comfortable learning and supporting internal applications, including CRMs, e-signature platforms, and reporting tools
  • Experience writing and running basic SQL queries for data pulls and reporting needs
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar CRM/ATS platforms is preferred
  • Exposure to e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, HelloSign) would also be preferred
  • Some familiarity with Power BI for reading or editing reports is also an advantage
  • Experience working in the staffing or recruiting industry would be helpful
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently in a fully remote environment
  • Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and data awareness
