Job Title: Admissions Quality Assurance Representative
Status and Compensation: Full-Time, Non-Exempt. $20 - $22/hour
Reports To: Director of Admissions
Location and Schedule: Remote, 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.

As we continue to grow and enhance our admissions operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Admissions Quality Assurance Representative (AQAR) to help ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for every individual entering our care.
Position Overview
The AQAR plays a key role in monitoring and elevating the quality of our admissions process. This individual is responsible for auditing call quality, ensuring compliance with internal standards, and evaluating Salesforce activity to ensure documentation accuracy. The AQAR will partner closely with admissions leadership to drive continuous improvement and uphold AMFM’s standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate incoming admissions calls to ensure alignment with company standards and a positive client experience.
Audit Salesforce entries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Identify call trends, provide detailed feedback, and recommend training or procedural adjustments to enhance performance.
Track and manage missed calls and voicemails to ensure timely follow-up.
Compile and deliver weekly and monthly reporting on call quality and Salesforce activity.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement training initiatives.
Help shape and refine quality assurance protocols to optimize admissions efficiency and client engagement.
What You Bring
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Must be 18 years or older.
Successful completion of background checks as required by federal, state, or company standards.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic tone.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, G Suite, and Salesforce CRM.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Comfortable sitting for extended periods, working on a computer, and occasionally lifting up to 10 lbs.
Prior experience in admissions, call quality assurance, or healthcare preferred.
