Job Description

The purpose of this position is to advocate for our customers and give them an excellent experience both during our on-boarding process and through ongoing customer relationships. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for new clinics by guiding them through their first 60 to 90 days of  

  • implementation through trainings, phone calls and emails 

  • Delegate set-up tasks to customers and follow up to ensure their completion 

  • Answer questions and assist with process related needs from the customer 

  • Work directly with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth transition of new customers 

  • Pro-actively call and email assigned clinics throughout the year to check on their satisfaction and to promote customer loyalty 

  • Up-selling of additional services when appropriate 

  • Utilization of departmental strategies to increase customer long term retention 

  • Manage and follow-up on tasks in a timely manner 

  • Meet and maintain assigned productivity goals 

  • Maintain an expected satisfaction rating from customers

  • Utilization of departmental tooling to ensure customer communication and documentation 

  • Other duties as needed and assigned 

To be successful in this role, Implementation Project Manager must have: 

  • An in-depth understanding of their primary assigned product(s); being a Subject Matter Expert on at least one product 

  • A savvy SharePoint superuser and the ability to teach and coach the end users effectively. 

  • A basic knowledge of insurance billing. 

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including the ability to search for and organize data. 

  • Ability to follow internal processes accurately

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with excellence in critical thinking and analytical experience

  • Experience in all Microsoft Office tools
