Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager - Finance Operations to join our dynamic and international team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company and will play a crucial role in driving our financial strategy and performance.

You Will:
  • Develop and document financial workflows
  • Lead and manage the monthly financial closing process
  • Work closely with other department leads within the company
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as our banking partners and service vendors
  • Lead our team of Finance Associates
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting preparation
You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and think logically
  • Proficiency in basic financial terminology
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • High-attention to detail and always catch the corner case
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Fluency in English (Japanese language skills are also desired but not required)
