What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Complete the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals and managing the ongoing account relationship.
Manage Book of Business: Oversee a portfolio of agencies, uncovering net-new sales opportunities to increase adoption and revenue contribution for Bluehost.
Conduct Outbound Prospecting: Utilize tools like 6sense and Outreach.io to identify and target digital agencies and freelancers.
Deliver Financial Results: Generate both short and long-term results by landing deals of varying sizes across the smb and mid-market segments.
Onboard New Agencies: Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new agencies onto the Bluehost platform, ensuring they are well-integrated and supported.
Cultivate Agency Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with digital agencies to foster ongoing partnerships.
Industry Research: Maintain a deep understanding of the hosting solutions landscape and how Bluehost can meet the needs of each prospect.
Achieve Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including monthly sales targets and activity metrics.
Exhibit Strong Interpersonal Skills: Thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment by multitasking, prioritizing, and demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
Communicate Persuasively: Excel in both verbal and written communication, influencing and engaging stakeholders.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Industry & Product Experience: Strong knowledge of WordPress, Server and Cloud solutions.
Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, prospecting, and managing the full sales cycle.
Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with digital agencies and their clients.
Analytical Ability: Proficiency in understanding the business models of digital agencies and identifying sales opportunities.
Account Management Skills: Experience in managing a book of business and growing adoption & revenue.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Persuasive and effective in both verbal and written communication.
High Ethical Standards: Strong integrity in sales and customer relationships.
Self-Motivated: Driven to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to provide effective solutions within our scope of support.
Sales Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with sales tools such as 6sense and Outreach.io, along with general tech savviness.

The target compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $100,000 OTE (which includes commission). Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
