MCR Media Group is an international company specializing in online IQ tests, brain training platforms, and digital product marketing. They are looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads & Native Ads) to drive high-quality traffic and scale our digital products. You will be responsible for launching and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, UAC, Display, YouTube) and native ad platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, Revcontent, etc.) to maximize user acquisition and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns on Google Ads (Search, UAC, Display, YouTube) and Native Ads (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.)

● Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and apply data-driven optimizations to improve CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

● Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance performance.

● Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies, banners, and video creatives tailored for different platforms.

● Monitor key metrics, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights for growth.

● Stay updated on Google Ads and native advertising trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

● Collaborate with product, analytics, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

● 2+ years of experience in Google Ads & Native Ads with a strong track record in user acquisition.

● Deep knowledge of Google Ads (Search, UAC, Display, YouTube) and native ad networks (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, etc.)

● Strong analytical skills with experience in performance marketing and tracking CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

● Hands-on experience with A/B testing, keyword research, and audience targeting.

● Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,

● English proficiency (B2+ preferred).
