  • Technical Integration & Development: Develop integrations across platforms using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n and custom scripts, connecting disparate systems into cohesive, efficient workflows.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Analyze, redesign, and optimize internal workflows to boost efficiency and scalability.
  • User Experience (UX) Advocacy: Ensure that every solution you design prioritizes the participant and client experience.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Manage, clean, and transform data to fuel automated workflows and provide insights for decision-making.

What We Offer:

  • Autonomy and Flexibility: Work where and when you’re most productive, with unlimited paid leave and full remote flexibility.
  • Innovation and Impact: Help build the future of participant recruitment and operational excellence using cutting-edge AI and automation tools.
  • Growth and Learning: Access training, certifications, and professional development opportunities to sharpen your technical and strategic skills.
  • Rewarding Career: Play a key role in making health research more efficient, accessible, and future-ready.

This Position Is Ideal For You If You:

  • Are an Automation Expert: You’re highly skilled with Zapier, Make, n8n, Google App Scripts, and other workflow automation tools.
  • Understand AI Applications: You know how to embed AI (OpenAI, Gemini, LLMs) into business processes for smarter, faster outcomes.
  • Have Technical Proficiency: You’re comfortable with APIs, basic scripting, and integrating platforms and services.
  • Are a Process Thinker: You love mapping out workflows, spotting inefficiencies, and building better systems.
  • Have a Data-Driven Mindset: You enjoy working with data—managing it, cleaning it, and using it to drive improvements.
  • Prioritize User Experience: You always keep participant and client satisfaction at the center of your solutions.
  • Are Detail-Oriented and Quality-Focused: You rigorously test and refine automations to ensure reliability, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: You work well with stakeholders across departments to understand needs, scope projects, and deliver high-value solutions.
