Senior PPC Manager

Mira Search is a recruitment agency hiring on behalf of our client — a Dubai-based marketing agency specializing in B2B lead generation solutions for mid-sized businesses. We are currently helping them find a Senior PPC Specialist to help launch their new startup into the Dubai market.

What You’ll Do:

• Launch and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and regional platforms
• Set up and manage lead generation funnels targeting Dubai, CIS, and European markets
• Develop and implement new strategies and processes for performance marketing
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve key metrics (CPL, CTR, ROI, etc.)
• Optionally, work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pixels, UTMs) to refine tracking and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience building PPC campaigns from scratch
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to performance marketing
• Ability to structure funnels and retargeting strategies at an agency level
• Experience managing large advertising budgets
• English proficiency at B1+ or higher
• A portfolio of successful case studies and campaign results
