We’re looking for a detail-obsessed and data-savvy Finance Manager to take ownership of PSP statement reconciliation, balance audits, and fund reallocations. If you thrive on precision, structure, and working with high volumes of financial data—this role is calling your name! 💼💸

💼 Your Responsibilities:
📄 Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of PSP (Payment Service Provider) statements
📊 Conduct regular balance audits and verify correctness of reflected funds
🔁 Handle fund reallocations between PSPs, including on-call duties during weekends
📌 Perform daily cost breakdowns by category across all projects
🧾 Assist with various financial tasks and maintain up-to-date documentation

📌 What we’re looking for:

✔️ 3+ years of experience in a relevant finance or accounting role

✔️ Hands-on expertise with PSP operations and reconciliations

✔️ Strong analytical skills and comfort with large datasets

✔️Solid experience building and maintaining management reporting

✔️High attention to detail and accountability for financial accuracy

🛠 Tech & Soft Skills:
📊 Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
