What You Will Be Doing Develop and manage a $10M+ sales pipeline by identifying high-potential districts, engaging with decision-makers, and advancing opportunities through structured sales stages. Create customized proposals and navigate procurement processes to secure six and seven-figure contracts. Lead discovery sessions to fully understand district challenges and objectives, then design compelling solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. Manage all facets of complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, taking full ownership of your territory strategy and results. Utilize your existing relationships and networks within public school districts to expedite adoption. What You Won’t Be Doing Following inflexible scripts or processes – you'll have the freedom to develop your territory strategy. Selling "nice to have" supplementary products – this is a game-changing solution with tangible impact. Getting entangled in bureaucracy – we're a dynamic startup focused on results. Micromanaging daily activities – you'll be accountable for your outcomes. Education Solutions Consultant Key Responsibilities Promote the adoption of our innovative learning solution in public school districts, securing multi-year partnerships that significantly improve educational outcomes on a large scale. Basic Requirements 3+ years of experience managing intricate K-12 sales cycles and closing deals worth $100K+. A strong network of district decision-makers in Texas or California. Proven expertise in navigating public school procurement processes, including RFPs/RFIs. A track record of maintaining a $10M+ sales pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets. Demonstrated success in operating autonomously and driving the full sales cycle. Proficiency in CRM tools and the sales technology stack. Must be residing in or within 2 hours of Texas or California. Willingness to travel extensively within the region (up to 80%). Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
