Responsibilities:
Conduct LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage potential nurse practitioners and GPs, as well using email and phone call follow-up of existing database candidates
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation
Use Hubspot and Employment Hero to track candidate progress and manage recruitment pipelines
Collaborate with the business development team to align recruitment efforts with client needs
Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future opportunities
Requirements
Experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or a related field
Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media for recruitment purposes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of working in aged care
Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM/ATS systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent presentation and professional manner
Understanding of the Australian healthcare system and medical professional qualifications (preferred)
